Kanpur Job Description Managing the entire outlet operations and sales (Outbound & Domestic Holidays, Air Tickets & other products) Responsible for achieving assigned holidays & ticketing sales targets for the outlet Planning and executing local marketing activities to generate customer leads/queries Responsible for collections and remittances Recruitment and training of Franchise Staff Managing customer relationship Ensure adherence of company policy and operational processes Responsible to maintain outlet MIS Should be able to share feedback on the customer demand and local market preferences Track the competition activities and share feedback Qualifications Minimum 02-03 years experience in the travel industry in selling Outbound Holidays Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in selling Outbound Holidays Should be able to handle GIT, FIT (International & Domestic), Ticketing, Visas, Insurance, Forex & other online bookings Minimum Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline PG Course in Tourism & Travel/IATA will be preferred Should be presentable & should have good communication skills Salary Budget: INR 3.5 - INR 4.2 Lac annual - Thanks & Regards, Rahul Shankhwar || TeamLead HR(Recruitment & Coordination)
