• I think reason of work changes from person to person. Some peoples work for money and some for their satisfaction. Satisfaction does not depend on money only it depends on achievements rather work satisfaction.
• Hence earning $10 million lottery does not give a satisfaction of earning little money by using our skills and knowledge.
• Therefore i getting $10 million do not stop me from working.

• First and foremost I will be happy then i will give a thought whether this money earned out of luck will satisfy me? My conscious would say no since "work is worship" and off course the money earned out of luck can be utilized for the society to create many jobs and thus remove the inequality.
• I conclude saying that money earned through hard work will give the ultimate satisfaction, the money earned out of luck indeed helps but not the first priority in my list.

• I would prefer to work in-group /not depending on situation. Well since one-person cant have all capabilities. TEAM EFFORT will be good and also we can save some time, things become easy.
• We can also learn many things through team. Lead, develop good communication skills, develop managerial skills, and develop relation ships. What not it would be fun to work in teams

•  Definitely i prefer to work in groups. Because as an individual there is limit to the work you can do and in the same way there is a limit to the complexity a individual can digest.
•  But as a team u can handle a big work and u can crack the complex problems. If any problem occurs with the help of team members you can easily solve that. Consider the game of cricket you can easily win a game with the help of team effort.

Good evening sir,

• I am Deepa completed my MCA in 2005 year. So first i want to get a job in any software company on technical side, so that i can prove my skills by fulfilling the organizational goals and will satisfy the organization.
• After 3 or 4 years i get organizational experiance, with that experience and by adding my communicative nature with others i will be in recognizable position in that organization.
