Position - Warranty Recovery Supplier Sr.Associate / Analyst
Qualification - 10 + Diploma (Good to have graduates)
Exp- 1-7 Years
Job Responsibilities:
• Implement practices to improve operational efficiencies
• Investigate warranty claims, facilitate recovery, and assign appropriate responsibilities
• Conduct and review monthly reporting
• Verification and analysis of warranty claims based on available resources
• Documenting and adding comments (e.g. to slow pay list or to the claim)
• Making decision and determine appropriate escalation point to Deere (e.g. Deere performs supplier negotiations)
