Job Description
Primary responsabilities:
· Deployment of new jobs in CA Automic/UC3 tools
Area of responsibility:
· 3-5 years of experience of working in a 24/7 high availability operation environment
· Certified on the CA Automic/UC4 job scheduling tools
· Hands on experience of working with job scheduling
· Certified unix/linux operator
· License management
· Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processes, certificate not strict requirement
· ServiceNow user experience an advantage but not a strict demand
· Deployment of new jobs in the CA Automic/UC4 job scheduling tools
· Incidents and problems resolver
· Experience in automation tools (puppet, ansible)
· Must be able to support our guard demands (2nd and 3rd line support)
