We are recruiting Sales Professionals from any industry for the position of SALES MANAGER in Karnataka branches. We are looking out for Graduates/Diploma holders (12+3) with Min. 2 years of Sales Experience (any industry) of age 28 years - 35 years .
Designation: Sales Manager
SALARY- Upto 3.5 + Huge Incentives ( depends on location and current CTC)
Location- Karnataka Branches (Bangalore, Mangalore, Mysore, Udupi, Shimoga, Kolar )
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Building Agency - Identify and recruit potential agents who are highly productive and in accordance with the business plan within stipulated timeframe
2. Driving Sales - Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors
3. Manage team performance and productivity - Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team
4. Leadership - Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors
5. Mentoring and Training
Preferred Skill sets:
* Should have experience in sales of at least 1.6- 3 years
* Should be familiar of local language
Key Deliverables:
*To recruit a team of insurance advisor (agents)
*To focus on their training & help him to get license
*To achieve quarterly / half yearly & annual business target
