Installation & configuration of HP Data Protector (backup s/w). Backup/restoration of Unix/Windows Host Backup/Restore for SAP/Oracle/SQL/Exchange Database, VMware/NDMP Managing & Troubleshooting Disk Based Backup with HP Data Protector. Managing Internal Database of HP Data protector. Managing & Troubleshooting Virtual Tape Library Managing & Troubleshooting High End and Midrange Tape Libraries License Management on HP Data Protector Comfortable in opening case with HP and driving them to closure. Liaise and work with hardware/software vendors and project groups as required. Analyze and resolve escalated problems within target. Trouble shooting Backup related problems and alerts monitoring. Should work with vendor on new trends and measure to cut cost, time and improve productivity.
