Brief Role Description : Support engineer on Windows, Messaging and vertualization team. Operational, production support for Microsoft Exchange and related technologies. Implementation and documentation for MS Exchange and related technologies. Operational support for Blackberry Enterprise server. Active Directory and Windows server support.
Key Job Responsibilities: Intermidiate knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2007 and related technologies (as Active Directory). Intermidiate knowledge of Microsoft Windows server platform (2003/2008). Good knowledge of Blackberry Enterprise servers. Lotus Notes experience is a plus. Vsphere 4 experiance is a plus. Good knowledge of HP and DELL server platforms.
