Our Client is HP, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Oracle, IBM, S etc. Job Description: - Business Objects Administrator experience (Preferably on XI R3 and XIR2) - Hands-on experience on implementing and migrating applications on Business Objects environment. - Well versed with Issue resolution best practices and design review on Business Objects - Sound knowledge on trouble shooting User issues and providing support to users for UAT and general queries - Extensive experience in designing, installing, upgrading and maintaining BO platforms across multiple versions. - Hands-on experience on implementing and migrating applications on Business Objects environment. - Troubleshooting of issues in the existing live environment and proactively plan service improvement - Adding value by automation and other means to achieve/exceed service level agreements - Identify business needs and coordinate with various stakeholders to implement the solution - Experience and Knowledge of BO tools like Universe Designer, Webi Reports, Deski reports, Dashboard, Crystal Reports, LCM tool etc - Knowledge of Web logic, BIG IP F5 load balancer and oracle database (preferable 10g) - Knowledge on ITIL processes. - Must be able to engage in Technical Discussion with client managers / stake holders. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills and communication (oral and written) skills - Defining end to end Business Objects solution that include hardware, software and processes - Capacity Management of the Business Objects Platform for optimum use - Understanding and capability to implement Disaster Recovery, resilience and failover in a complex Business Objects environment - Advising the best practices and coordinate with the vendor and various stake holders.
