Microsoft Exchange 2007 / 2010 * Sound knowledge on message flow from client to server * Knowledge on HTTP & RPC over HTTPS protocols * Knowledge on Blackberry, Active sync * Message Tracking & message header analysis * Anti spam filtering and virus filtering for exchange and white/black list management * Knowledge on Offline Defrag & online defrag of exchange databases. * Microsoft cluster configuration, exchange server installation in high availability environment * Monitor e-Mail messaging to internal and external Domains (Internet), SMTP messaging * Proactive Support of OCS enterprise pool and ensure consistent delivery of Collaboration service line OC, Live meeting, Audio/Video conferencing etc. * Build Good knowledge on OCS server roles and client connectivity architecture and traffic flow. * Strong knowledge on Exchange 2007/2010, Power shell and OCS/Lync * Fair idea of administration and troubleshooting windows server2008,MOM/SCOM, and troubleshooting technique * Ability to take ownership for tasks and issues, ability to anticipate and handle critical situations. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with key executives. * Microsoft Certification on Office communication server 2007. * Microsoft Certification on Exchange 2007/2010. * ITIL V3 foundation. * Knowledge on MS Lync, SQL server 2005 ISA 2006
