Job Description:
• ITIL v3 Foundation qualified or started
• Production system support
• Tech and tool Skills - Linux, Oracle SQL, Java script, HTML, AppDynamics, Eclipse (or equivalent IDE), Jenkins, Nexus, Confluence, JIRA, Java, XML, Shell script, Python, Wily, Bladelogic, Wily, Splunk, ServiceNow
• Has been involved in Major incident investigations involving Stakeholder comms
