Experience - 3-10 Years relevant according to the position.

Technical Skills -

Indepth knowledge of AIX system adminstration, user creation, file/directory permissions, LVM,  loading of software and system patches , TCP/IP concepts, NFS, NIS, DNS, storage concepts, performance tuning, write and debug shell scripts 

# Desirable - High availability hands on experience( HACMP ), knowledge of LPARs, HMC, working knowledge on TSM. 
Desirable - Knowledge of any other flavour of Unix - HP-UX, Solaris, Linux or Tru64.

# HP-UX - Unix System Administrator 
2+ years ( Junior ) / 5+ years ( Senior ) 
- Indepth knowledge of HP-UX system adminstration, user creation, file/directory permissions, LVM,  loading of software and system patches , TCP/IP concepts, NFS, NIS, DNS, storage concepts, performance tuning, write and debug shell scripts 

# Desirable - High availability hands on experience( MC Service Guard ), knowledge of Superdomes. 

#  Desirable - Knowledge of any other flavour of Unix - AIX, Solaris, Linux or Tru64.

# Solaris - Unix System Administrator 

2+ years ( Junior )/5+ years ( Senior ) 

# Mandatory - Indepth knowledge of Solaris system adminstration, user creation, file/directory permissions, filesystem/disk configuration, Veritas Volume Manager,  loading of software and system patches , TCP/IP concepts, NFS, NIS, DNS, storage concepts, performance tuning, write and debug shell scripts 

# Desirable - High availability hands on experience( Sun Clusters/Veritas Clusters ), knowledge of Domain systems ( E10K/E15K ), remote console access 

# Desirable - Knowledge of any other flavour of Unix - HP-UX, AIX, Linux or Tru64.

# Tru64 - Unix System Administrator 
2+ years ( Junior )/5+ years ( Senior ) 
Mandatory - Indepth knowledge of Digital/Compaq Tru64 system adminstration, user creation, file/directory permissions, filesystem/disk configuration,  loading of software and system patches , TCP/IP concepts, NFS, NIS, DNS, storage concepts, performance tuning, write and debug shell scripts 
 Desirable - High availability hands on experience( Tru64 Clusters/MC Service guard ) 
Desirable - Knowledge of any other flavour of Unix - HP-UX, AIX, Linux or Solaris.

* 5 years of Linux system administration, 1 year exp on Veritas Volume Manager and veritas cluster. 0.6   1 year knowledge of using  EMC DMX-3/Clariion CX-3 storage Frames.
