IBM's Tech Re-Entry program is looking for talented sales professionals who are looking to restart their careers after an absence from the workforce of two years or more. This paid 6 months returnship will enable you to work on sales engagements, crafting compelling value propositions that showcase an innovation lead journey for our clients with IBM cloud, and could lead to full-time employment.
Required Expertise
- A rich sales / technical sales background and 8-12 years' experience selling software solutions or enterprise software
- The necessary business development & client management experience across multiple customer profiles (IT, LOB, CxOs) and industries (Manufacturing, Banking, Life Sciences, Retail and Professional Services Organizations)
- A technology focused bent of mind, and an affinity for Cloud.
- Motivation for sales, sales planning, territory management and persistence, all which allow you to prospect, qualify, solution and close large deals and consistently meet your sales goals
- Practiced at clearly communicating your ideas verbally and in writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In order to qualify for this return-ship, you must have been out of the full-time workforce for a minimum of 2 years.
