Job description:
Should have a good understanding of Sourcing, Procurement, Purchasing and Supply Chain terms
Should familiar with eSourcing process
Should be able to drive selection of suppliers, manage an eSourcing process
Should be able to initiate and manage contract renewals according to the defined strategies and guidance, business priorities, group policies and principles;
Should be able to identify preferred suppliers, validation of single source suppliers,
Understand spend classification and Taxonomy
Extend negotiation assistance and supplier relationship management;
Measure and drive process compliance and utilization of leveraged buying agreements and optimization of procurement channels;
Education and experience:
Graduate in any discipline. Added degree or Diploma in any of the Sourcing and Procurement field will be an added advantage.
Should have minimum of 3 to 4 years on hand experience as buyer.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong computer skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
