Please find below detailed Job Description, All below positions are required minimum 5+ years experience.
1) Axway Support
We are looking for Data transfer technologies professionals who can fulfill the following criteria.
This is purely a support profile and not a development profile .
Strong technical knowledge, with hands-on experience in configuration on data transfer technologies and should be able to learn quickly other technologies developed by customer-
(Axway CFT, Axway Interpel, XFB Gateway)
Experience with EAI Web Methods or ETL datastage is an added advantage
Upgrades and Patching on UNIX OS from data trasfer technologies perspective
Good Experience working with the enterprise service management ITIL processes Service, Incidents, Changes, Configuration Management
Administer, deploy, implement, highly available environment of various data transfer tools
Perform all activities related to new application Partner on-boarding activities
Monitor and manage outage and other issues on global platform
Perform problem management for incident reduction for transfer issues
Perform patching, version upgrade, performance management, capacity management of the environment
2) EAI Webmethods Administrator
Candidate should have Production Support Experience.
MUST have worked on below webMethods components :
Broker, Integration Server, Trading Networks, My web Methods Server, Deployer, Adapters (SAP, JDBC etc)
Platform : MUST have worked on any of Unix flavored Environment (Linux,Solaris, AIX, HP-UX etc.)
Candidate should have Production Support and Project Experience.
Understanding of ETL datastage and Axway file transfer tool is an added advantage.
Good understanding on Incident, Change and problem Management Processes
Preparation of Installation Plans in a technically well documented way
Participate in RCAs and reviews Must have any ticketing tool experience
Actively engage with customers to understand their business challenges in order to propose the right solutions for their business requirements
Possesses the ability to learn quickly new business processes in the integrated chain and to translate this into solutions for the customer.
Help Manage the SLAs for application availability and performance of production and Non production systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve all complex technical and integration issues including performance issues within domain.
Work with Application Teams in planning for Changes and be part of the project teams for upgrade and Enhancement projects.
Help with end to end management of technical project items and enable communications on the status to the key stakeholders.
Life-cycle management within Webmethod.
24x7 support (weekend/night shifts including)
3) Application Monitoring
Candidate is expected to be part of team needed to perform Business and Application Health Checks that directly impact Business Activities .
Health checks are executed daily at specified time of the day without miss .
Candidate should also check and assess the quality of checks being sent and escalate and report in case some checks have failed .
Expected to be prompt , swift and agile to escalate and should be a good getter .
L1 Activities to perform Application Health Checks based on Standard Operating Procedures provided .
Less than 6 Years of Experience
Basic Understanding of Windows OS and features like Service Checks, TASKS , Logs and Event Viewer understanding is must
Basic and Working knowledge of Unix/Linux with first level commands like ls , vi editor , su etc .
Should have Application or Infrastructure Background
Candidate is expected to send Reports to Business and IT on everyday basis . Should be required to coordinate and escalate in case of Failed Services appearing in report
Situational awareness and eager to learn and explore .
Should be good in Mail Communication
MUST – 24X7 Working as checks are done round the clock
4) Java Support
Understanding of ITIL Process .
Well Versed with Production Support Environment .
Awareness of Tools like Urban Deploy , Octopus .
Fair understanding of .NET or Java/J2EE and their Application Lifecycle Management
Hands on Experience on Implementation of SSL/TLS Certificates or JKS
Would Prefer some hands on experience on Jenkins , SVN , GitHUB ,Ant , Maven .
Collaboration tools like TeamSite , TFS [Microsoft] .
Experience : 5 to 10 Years
This is support profile and candidate is required to perform Incident , Change and Problem based on ITIL principles . Should have working experience on DataCentre Hosted application. Flexible with Shift as this is 24X7 Operations . Candidates with Experience on Automating tasks using standard enterprise tools would be preferred . The requirement is for French Client and good Communication Skills are preferred.
This is typical Application Operations profile. No code work (development or code change) is required here.
Person should have solid relevant experience on supporting Java based application.
Experience on any J2EE based container is desired .
Should have experience on webserver and application servers.
Good knowledge of other Middleware product, Shell Scripting, Linux/Unix is preferred
Vendor product (off the shelf application - primarily Java based) support will also be required so one has to learn that product from support perspective.
Good knowledge about troubleshooting skills related to Java based applications and related Application/Web servers (Apache Web Server, Sunone, IBM HTTP Server, Websphere) on Windows and Unix/Linux
Good Experience working with the enterprise service management ITIL processes Service, Incidents, Changes, Configuration Management
5) .Net Support
Understanding of ITIL Process .

6) MY SQL DBA
Strong MySQL DB architecture designing skills as well as database support in performance tuning and database troubleshooting in 5.1 / 5.4 / 5.7
Understanding of MySQL’s underlying storage engines, such as InnoDB and MyISAM
Knowledge of MySQL features, such as its event scheduler
Experience with database Admin and System / DB security.
Proven experience with database replication and data partitioning techniques.
Provide DBA services including installations, replication, backups, loads, and schema alterations for all Constant Contact production and QA databases in 5.1 / 5.4 / 5.7
Contribute to database planning efforts such as disaster recovery design, tool selection, warehousing and scaling initiatives.
Assist with customer support and production issues as necessary.
Develops shell (Unix/Linux) scripts to automate DBA functions.
Develop and implement database standards and infrastructure.
Mentors more junior DBA and intern/co-ops
Assists and develops internal DBA standards.
Experience with MySQL replication
Experience with MySQL sharding technology is added advantage.
Experience with MySQL usage as an enterprise database
Hand on Expertise in MySQL Migrations and up gradations from 5.1 / 5.4 / 5.7
Experience with supporting MySQL in a public cloud environment is additional advantage.
