- Ensure compliance across various employee life-cycle processes
- Preparation of monthly payroll inputs and dashboards
- Drafting Employee Contracts, experience letters, ad-hoc letters
- Travel arrangement of employees as per travel policy
- Well versed with Travel & Logistics planning including Air/Train ticket, hotel booking
- Vendor Management
- Handling general administration and stock taking
Job Specification:
- Experience in HR Operations
- Demonstrate team work skills
- Establishes a high degree of confidentiality
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC & Gratuity
