Job Description
1- Depth Knowledge of Managing Windows 2000/2003/2008 Servers.
2- Depth Knowledge of analyzing various windows Logs & performance counters of Servers.
3- Knowledge of troubleshooting Windows Servers along with servers Models like HP, DELL & IBM etc.
4- Deep Knowledge of various Hardware RAID levels like RAID0, RAID1, RAID5 etc.
5- Depth Knowledge of troubleshooting various File/Folder sharing & Security permissions.
6- Depth Knowledge of Volume Shadow copy & Disk Mirroring.
7- Knowledge of Windows Security patching & knowledge of Installing & configuring WSUS servers.
8- Knowledge of Domain migration.
9- Working Knowledge of DC & DR failover scenario.
10- Depth understanding of creating & managing GPO"s & OU"s in Active Directory Environment.
11- Depth Knowledge of AD replication & trusting (for both Domains & sites)
12- Good in handling situations for any kind of disasters.
13- Depth Knowledge of AD Backups & restoration for any kind of disaster.
14- Depth Knowledge of Installing, Configuring & managing DNS, DHCP, IIS servers.
15- Good Knowledge of managing various AV products like Symantec corporate, Symantec Endpoint, Trend micro & MacAfee.
16- Good Knowledge of Installing, Configuring & managing File/print Servers.
17- Knowledge of Installing & configuring MSCS failover clusters.
18- Knowledge of Managing various Groups/Resources in MSCS Clusters & also troubleshooting knowledge for any kind of Cluster issues.
19- Good Knowledge of NLB.
20- Knowledge of Windows WMI scripting.
21- Depth Knowledge of various ITIL process like Change, Incident, Problem, Capacity & Availability.
