Required skills for "HP DP" resources: * 6+ years of actual experience in HPDP BUR. * Customer facing technical role. * SME level knowledge in HPDP/IDB recovery/experience with cluster backups. * Zero Downtime Backup experience * HPDP Cell manager Build experience with MOM and library [VLS/Physical] configurations. * Experience working on project / build activities and able to drive the project. * Capacity planning on 1800+ nodes backup environment with 10+ sites. * Good troubleshooting skills. * Experience with Disaster Recovery. * Able to handle complex and high capacity environment. * Should have experience in SAP/DB integrations * Should have experience with HP VLS and IBM 35xx tape libraries. * Should have experience working with US customers. * Should be able to handle the escalations. * Good coordination amongst various teams.
