Position: L1/L2/L3 Engineers (Project :Mirror Clouds)
Zenith has entered into the world of Cloud Computing with the Launch of its Smart Style Computing Platform (SSO).
Job Profile:
Responsible for troubleshooting of Windows 2003/2008 and Active Directory Environment.
Troubleshooting of windows performance issues and disaster recovery.
Creating and managing Virtual Machines, Installing VM Tools into.
Installing Microsoft Hyper-V, SCVMM, Virtual Server.
Creation of Virtual Networks and troubleshooting virtual network issues.
Troubleshooting issues related to Virtual Machines in Hyper V.
Taking Back ups and Troubleshooting Systems.
Taking snapshots.
Job Requirements:
1. Good communication skill
2. Relevant Experience of working on Windows/AD/Exchange
3. Good knowledge on Hyper-v Microsoft virtualization & Microsoft virtual networking service
4. Strong knowledge on backups (incremental / differential, Volume shadow service -VSS) and storage.
5. Knowledge on RAID configuration
6. Ability of quickly analyze & diagnose the problem
7. Ready to take additional challenges
8. Ready to work in rotational shift (24 x7)
9. Experience of handling chat process will be an added advantage
