Brif Job Description : It is expected that the person would provide the technical knowledge as well as the execution necessary to support Active Directory. Managing the areas such as: Domain Controller Replication; LDAP management; Organizational Unit Security (OU), User Administration. This person would be part of the team supporting the start up of BPOS environment. There will be lots of opportunities to interact with the architecture team, network team as well as the IT representatives in the businesses. Key deliverable for this person is metrics on utilization; productivity savings; and life cycle management compliance. Min. Qualification : Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field. Years of Experience : Must have 2+ years of experience in ABAP programming in SAP BW area. Minimum Skills required :  Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Engineering with 6 years experience in IT. Required:  Hands on technical person with 6+ years' experience in IT Infrastructure space Knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory including Designing Schema,Groups(Security and Distribution lists),setting domain policies, Group Policy, site definition, replication, trusts Technical expertise in Active Directory, Exchange migration/support and troubleshooting is must. Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities. Develop procedural documentation, and technical documents Experience of working as a team member in high pressure projects. Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups. Good to Have: Experience in implementing and migrating Notes to Exchange Advise program mangement on Sharepoint best practices, standards, governance, and information management Knowledge of Microsoft Business Productivity Online Standard (BPOS) Suite Additional information like six sigma etc : With the implementation of BPOS and increased use of the Microsoft Software suite in DuPont, Active Directory has become significantly more essential to ensuring a foundational environment to support many activities at the Security, Identity and Network space of Information Technology.
