Managing and Build Windows Cluster b. Managing and Build windows files server/ File server consolidation c. Managing DNS , DHCP d. Managing Windows build / Commissioning and decommission of Windows Servers e. Patch Management of Windows Infrastructure either WSUS , Bladelogic , Shavlik etc., f. Participation of Sev-1 Incidents 2) Process Management (Any 2 points will suffice) a. Incident Management /Incident Queue allocation b. Problem Management c. Change Management / Change Escalation /Change approval d. Issue/Risk Management e. Sev -1 Management 3) Client /Vendor Management (points "a" and "b" are must) a. Team Lead /Point of Contact on SME b. Root cause Analysis for Sev 1 and Problem Tickets c. Client Interaction , Inventory Validation. d. Classification for Sev1, Sev2 and Sev 3 Tickets e. Weekly reporting / SLA and Tickets. 4) VMware ( All are must ) a. Managing Virtual machines , b. Managing Data stores, Clusters, DRS and HA Policy c. Capacity Management on VI d. Performance of VM"s e. Upgrades and Patches of VMware 3.X to VMware 4.x, VMware tools f. Good Understanding of Virtual Infrastructure and Components of the Build . g. Templates , Snapshots ,V2V and P2V 5) Steady State Lead (All are must ) a. Standard operating procedures b. Run book creation and validation c. Knowledge base update d. Competency Building within the team e. Value addition on scripts, automation for operational 6) Compute / Access hardware ( Point no 1 and 2 are must ) a. Remote Connectivity ,Blade, Rack Servers Diagnostic tools b. Terminal Sessions c. Blade system management Suite"s d. Blade Enclosure and Components, PSU, e. Blade System, Full and half height server blade f. Interconnect, Mezzanine Options g.
