Working on multiple sourcing and support projects Establish effective working relationships with professional organizations, internal HR and across the company to ensure adequate supply of qualified talent. Builds networks across HR and the company as an HR representative, either through sourcing candidates, partnering with hiring leaders or working on cross . Participating in calling projects/cold calling as and when required Must be aware of the Boolean search techniques.
