• In the case of Under Graduate (10+2), 10+3 with minimum 12 months international calling or 24 months of domestic calling experience may apply. (Mandatory)

Essential Requirements : 

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Should be flexible to work in night shifts
• Transport: Two way provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Care (Night Shifts)
• Answer inbound calls from customers and help them with a general query
• Provide them update on order status, return, refund, etc
• Connect with internal teams for other queries like Technical Support/Sales
