Job Description:
The TRON team is an initiative which partners with the Amazon Robotics team to remotely handle exceptions in the Fulfillment Centers in North America. Our strategy is to employ a human-as-sensor model and allow humans to perform just those portions of a task that require higher order cognitive ability.
TRON is a part of Quality Support team which remotely monitors the amazon warehouses. When a product is placed into a location, this activity is recorded and is sent to this team for verification. Tron associate would see this video and verify the location of product and virtually submits the location of the product, helping to maintain the quality of products as well as warehouse. This also helps a back end AI which learns from Tron associates response and feeds in database to relate and answer if similar event happens.
This is an operational role.

# Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.

Basic Qualifications :
# Bachelors degree with excellent academic record.
# 0-24 months of work experience.
# Ability to handle and interpret large sets of data.
# Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
# Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
# Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting
# Proven ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels
# Global perspective and solid understanding of business objectives
# Excellent attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracy
