Job Description: Working at Technical Assistance Centre & Resolving network issues of Enterprise customers.

Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities: Troubleshoot Level 1/2/3 network issues of enterprise customers (US/CAN region)

Skills Required: 
Good understanding of Routing and Switching concepts like,
# Vlans, Trunks, Ether-channels, Spanning-tree, InterVlan routing and Static Routing
# LAN security- DHCP snooping, dynamic ARP inspection, IP source guard, Private VLANs
# In-depth knowledge of ARP, DHCP, HSRP, GLBP, VRRP, NAT, ACL, PBR, GRE, IP SLA/object tracking
# Routing Protocols - RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
# MPLS Basic understanding of LDP, TDP, MPLS L2/L3 VPNs.
# Conceptual understanding of IP Multicast.
