Roles & Responsibilities :
# Receiving end user callsProvide first level resolutions
# Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization
# Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
# Incident resolution and recoveryTicket Closure.

Eligibility criteria :

• Minimum 10+2+4 years of education (Full Time)
• 2018/2019 batch pass outs in BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech - All streams except bio-related courses.
• No Standing Arrears
• First class (50% and above or equivalent CGPA) in 10th, 12th, UG and PG (Full time / Regular courses).
• More than Two Year gap is not allowed between education career.
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work in 24/7 Shifts & any location across India
• Should be an Indian national with passport or passport application receipt.
• Candidates shouldn’t have appeared for the Cognizant fresher recruitment process in the past 6 months
