Skill : EXCHANGE AND BLACKBERRY ADMIN Expertise on Active Directory and Exchange 2010 / 2007 Messaging environment Sound experience with Windows server Administration Troubleshooting and Configuration of Exchange and Active Directory Sound experience on Email archiving solution Sound knowledge of Email client like Microsoft Outlook Basic knowledge on LCS/OCS/Lync and Well versed in Cluster environment Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and configuration of Anti-spam, Antivirus software Performance Management & Optimization Good knowledge on mobility solution like Blackberry, ActiveSync Expertise on Blackberry enterprise server 4.1/5.0 and LYNC Support Blackberry Enterprise Server 5.0 SP2 Ensure Blackberry services are running Monitor available licenses for new users and Create/Deploy Policy Changes Create/Execute/Check SQL Backups and Research Blackberry Server patches and alerts Create/Deploy Device software upgrades and Document processes and procedures Blackberry Tasks Deploy Apps and Test Policy Changes and Document manual procedures for Blackberry users Assist IT store with Enterprise Activation issues Clear and Disable lost/stolen Blackberry Devices Troubleshoot, send/receive issues for individual users Sound knowledge on Backup and Restore Should be familiar with standard storage devices Knowledge of Server Hardware is required Rel Exp : 3+ yrs We need resource who can join us within 7-15 days.
