We have opening with one of our client for the position of Technical Support Engineer - Bangalore location. Please find the JD below; Position: Sr. System Administrator Location: Bangalore, India Job Description: • Take complete responsibility for managing the internal networking infrastructure and Linux servers • Manage Exchange, Active Directory, Share Point and Windows Desktops • Manage the Cisco VOIP system • Help in the management of the Linux systems and applications Job Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in the Information Technology field • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex IT server and application issues • 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing windows servers and desktops systems • Advanced knowledge of Windows networking environments (i.e. Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Windows XP, Windows Vista / 7), including Active Directory, Exchange 2007 / 2010, Backup software, Patch management, DHCP, Symantec anti-virus etc. • Experience in managing Linux systems will be a plus • Experience in managing networking devices (firewalls, routers, switches etc.) will be a plus Compensation: • Base salary plus target incentives • Stock options.
