We have an opportunity with one of our important client [Cmmi Level 5company] as a Microsoft-Windows-Server Administration Job location: Hyderabad Skills we are looking are : Mandatory Skills: (Infra Demand) • Minimum 5 - 8 years related experience on handling Lab/Data Center • Experience working in 24x7 environment and Data center operation support. • In-depth knowledge of OS and Network layers • Experience working with Hyper-V for VM creation and Host capacity planning. • Experience working with MSCSS Clustering, NLB. • Knowledge of storage technology (SAN/SSD/DAS etc.) • Knowledge of ITIL Processes (Incident/Change...etc.) • Outstanding customer service/focus skills. • Demonstrated ability in handling complex technical issues and providing timely solutions. • Demonstrated ability to define and follow best practices and processes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Passion for support. Desired Skills: BIG-IP VIP/ SNAT Understanding of multi-tiered application technology is value add.
