Job Description
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in HP Storage arrays, XP, EVA and MSA
- Hand on experience on LUN creation, allocation and de allocation of LUNs and LUN Mapping
- Experience in Configuring and troubleshooting Fabric Environment constituting Brocade, Mc Data and Cisco switches
- Hand on experience on Zoning, merging and zone segmentation concepts
- Additional knowledge on Storage Essentials, IBM Storage, Hitachi, NetApp/EMC is desired
- System administration experience on HPUX and Sun Solaris, and knowledge on Volume Manager concepts would be an added value
- Basic knowledge of SAN Tape libraries MSL, ESL and EML
- Knowledge on ITIL processes
Qualifications
Image Management- JD
5-7 years of IT experience with 4 years in windows administration. Excellent in Build Engineering and troubleshooting. Good understanding of Windows Client & Server OS, Deployment techniques using SMS, SCCM, Altiris, Ghost, Radia, ManageSoft, BDD, MDT etc
Excellent knowledge of Windows operating system, windows technology with hardware and OS layers integrity and functions, MSI technology, VBScripting, batch Scripting and other related scripting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. customer handling capability. Must have Leadership skills developed
Resolve, Provide solutions to any kind of OSbuild/application issues. Participate in monthly SDR ( Service Delivery Review).
Independently handle internal trainings on Windows technology( Based on need identified by SMEs/DMs)
MUST be MCSE, ITIL certified
Must be able to provide Tech Talk for the respective teams in respective technology
Assist Delivery Manager In terms of SLA conformance, Targeted CSAT Score
Knowledge of ITIL framework and Certification as per business requirement.
Possess advanced knowledge in all desktop applications and should be skilled for R&D activities, process and technology improvement
Manage Customer interfacing activities - Manage Conference Calls ,Monitor/Manage customer communication
Identify SIP and other automation initiatives to avoid redundant works and to improve the efficiency along with SMEs and DMs
Ensure All relevant documents, Process, checklists are in Place for Audit and be ready to face the audit if required by Delivery Manager.
Must have skills to troubleshoot complex issues related to Environment, Simulate Scenarios to reproduce the error/ problem and provide solutions in complex situation.
