JOB DESCRIPTION Skills : Must Haves: * Expertise in Windows Active Directory related (Groups/user accounts/NTFS related, Replication), Exchange Server, IIS, ISA * Expertise in Windows 2008 Installation and Administration. * Expertise in Windows OS. * WAN technology Basics. * Networking Fundamentals. * Exchange basics. * Managing and Creating Group policies and E Policies. * DHCP/DNS.. * IP printing * Antivirus trouble shooting and management. * Some knowledge of Scripting * Good communication skills * Very good troubleshooting skills Preferrable : * Awareness or knowledge on Backup Software"s (Backup Exec, Netbackup, EMC networker) * Awareness or knowledge about Change MGMT, Incident, problem, Work orders modules in remedy. * Patch Mgmt in Antivirus.
