Job Description :
- This role is a largely customer-facing technical support
- This role demands you to work in shifts and sometimes in flexible timings as per customer requirements
- You may have to travel abroad ( for short duration) to customer premises for onsite implementation of ECI products
- Respond to Technical Queries / Service requests ( SR) from ECI Customers
- Perform Lab simulation as per guidelines from team leader
- Ensure all support coming in on emails, phones and conversations is logged in the Eservices (SR Portal)
- Visiting customer premises for Installation, Commissioning of ECI product
- B.E. / B. tech in Electronics or Electronics and telecommunication
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge on Solaris-Unix and/or CCNA will be an added advantage
