Eligibility Criteria: Full Time Graduates from BE / B.Tech/M.Sc,MCA – 2019 only
Percentage Criteria: 60% through out academics in X / XII/UG/PG
Job description for Development Team:
# Understands the requirements of internal and external stakeholders to develop the functionality as per client requirements and responsible
# User Requirement Specifications document as applicable
# Prepares the Functional Specification document as per the user requirements
# Prepares the Design Specification (UI design and Database) document for development of modules/projects.
# Responsible to implement the design patterns as per design document created and develop module/project as per design document and also mentor team members for any support
# Reviews the code as per requirements & the coding standards and responsible to create unit test cases and execute the unit test cases
# Plan and coordinate throughout the development stage with internal or external stakeholders to deploy the modules/projects designed/developed.
# Performs Performance Qualification test to ascertain the development is as per the
client requirement and identify failures if any to roll back previous version and identify suitable solutions.
# Follows R&D SOPs throughout the SDLC, and document the processes as per requirement of SOPs
# Responsible to handover Module/project to App support team in timely fashion with adequate number of KT session and provide initial support to App support till they handle independently.

# Responsible to Plan and execute validation activities as required by the SOPs.
# Understanding the URS and Functional Specification documents created as per client requirements
# Discuss and create test scenarios for testing the modules developed.
# Responsible for regression testing when new features are implemented or when defects are fixed in the system.
# Identify corner cases for testing in coordination with the development team.
# Responsible to Log the defects and capture the severity of the defects with all necessary details as applicable.
# Verifying the defect fixes with required regression testing.
# Provide support to the development team on defect fixating.
# Responsible for accessing the system under testing and prove that it is in compliance with that of the 21 CFR Part 11
# Update Methodology Templates as and when required.
# Responsible to conduct internal gate reviews defined as per the SOPs for the projects/modules.
# Responsible to maintain the quality of themodules/projects.
# Identify issues and escalate appropriately to the concerned stakeholders.
# Provide support in Internal & External QA Audits.
