- Understand the software requirements, Design test plan and identify scope for functional and regression tests
- Hands-on experience in writing test cases for complex projects, test data preparation and test execution.
- Identifying regression test cases from existing pool of functional test cases or create them if they are not available
- Knowledge in STLC and Agile Model
- Hands-on-experience in defect tracking tools (QC,Jira etc)
- Agile - Sprint Model Work Preparation and Defect Tracking, Defect Life Cycle
- Knowledge in Defect logging and reporting.
- Experience in Web based applications and desktop applications
- Good expertise in SQL querying for testing
