HCL technologies is hiring freshers for international collection process for Noida location.
Direct Walk-in on 19th & 20th Aug'19 and collect On-Spot Offer Letter based upon the selection.
Process: International Collection Process
Shift:- Australian Shifts (Early Morning Shifts)
Age Limit:- 18 to 39 yrs
Location: Noida
Experience: Min. 6 months of exp. is required in 1st or 3rd party international collections process.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
*Responsible for deliverables of single or multiple LOBs.
*Responsible for all the outbound, I/B calls and Emails,100% calls should be tracked.
*Identify, Develop & implement continuous improvement program to increase productivity, product knowledge,efficiency and best Quality.
Qualification Required:-
*Any UG/Any graduates are welcome.
*Min. 6 months of exp. is required in 1st or 3rd party international collections process.
*1st party or 3rd party collection experience preferable.
Skills Required:-
*1st party or 3rd party collection experience required.
*Persuasion and convincing skills.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills / customer interaction.
