Technical scope:  

• CISCO switches & firewall, Fortinet firewall, Reverse-proxy and Load-Balancer F5 , WIFI Extreme networks, Polycom VC, Skype for Business, SONUS Phone Gateway, Content scanning & Antispam (MS Exchange EOP/ATP), IDS/IPS, Proxy (Zscaler)
• Fortinet Firewall, Cisco ASA Firewall or similar Firewall/ Security Products 
• Switching : STP, VTP, HSRP, STACK SWITCHES 
• Cisco Network Equipment (configuration, deployment, capacity planning, etc.)
• Clear understanding of corporate LAN, WAN, and WIFI environments (troubleshooting, configuration, etc.)
• Knowledge of IPAM, DHCP, DNS, Radius Servers
• ITIL conceptual understanding preferred (Alerting management, Incident management, Change management)

Key Accountability:

• Manage all the infrastructure alerts of the technical scope and track the incident in the ticketing tool.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and solve all incidents regarding the technical scope within the SLA.
• Deploy in production the standard changes (Configure Cisco switches, Wi-fi Access Point, VC Room, SSL VPN connections, Antivirus clients,CICS connections, FW Rules)
• Contribute to the maintenance plan.
