2) Should have experience in BMC remedy Action request systems
3) Should have experience in Apache Tomcat IIS
4) Should have experience in Java and Javascript
5) Troubleshoot and customise the Remedy and apply preventive measures and customize software for use within the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
6) Hands on with designing Web services is preferred.
7) Knowledge with Remedy SAAS model or Service-now added advantage
