Position:- Deputy Manager /Assistant Manager Location:- Mysore Job Description:- (1) Knowledge of Hotel Management Software such as FIDELIO, WINHMS, etc. (2) Installation, Configuration & Maintenance of Windows 2008 Server& SQL Server 2008 and Antivirus. (3) Knowledge of working on ADS. (Active Directory Services). (4) Hardware & LAN / WAN Networking. (5) Installation & Configuration of Firewall. (6) Installation & Configuration of Access points for Wi-Fi. (7) Co-ordination with Vendors for IT Support & future requirements. (8) Co-ordination with all Service providers for efficient & smooth functioning of IT Services. (9) Knowledge regarding restoring & taking Backup of important data. (10) Installation, Configuration & Maintenance of Local & Network printers such as 1522NF, 1505N ,Print Servers ,EPSON& TMU220 printers. (11) IT Inventory management. (1) Should posses' efficient communication skills. (2) Should have excellent knowledge of languages such as English, Hindi & Local Languages. (3) Should be able to handle work related pressure and work in 24 x 7 environments. (4) Should be ready to work in all 3 shifts. (5) Should have functional knowledge in Hospitality industry.
