Job Location : Pune
Shift : Night ( 24*7)
- Technically Sound with hands on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure components viz. Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPNs, WAN links-MPLS, Internet, etc;
- Mandatory - Exposure in maintaining & troubleshooting Systems infrastructure in Windows environment ? windows 2008, 2003 , VMWare, Hyper V
- Co-ordination with Vendors/ Service providers for ensuring high availability of IT setup
- Good written and verbal skills in interacting with internal and external customers
- Ensure compliance to IT and performance metrics as per ITIL, ISO9001, ISO2700 standards
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills with a logical bent of mind. Assist & guide system engineers in troubleshooting the system and network related issues and handle 2nd level incidents and service requests in order comply with service delivery plan
- Attending to escalated calls from Service Desk in order address user requirements.
