Job Location: Gurgaon Dear Candidate, We are having an urgent position with our client DuPont India- IT Development Center (in.dupont.com) for Gurgaon location. Position - Active Directory Architect (Engineer)--Infrastructure Education - BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.tech/M.Sc/MBA Skills - * Working Knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Business Productivity Online Standard (BPOS) management Suite. * Technical expertise in Active Directory, Exchange migration/support and troubleshooting is must. * Experience in IT Infrastructure space including Designing Schema,Groups(Security and Distribution lists),setting Technical domain policies, Group Policy, site definition, replication, trusts. * Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities. must. * Experience of Develop procedural documentation, and technical documents. * Self-driven and resourceful working as a team member in high pressure projects to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups. * Good to Have: Advise programExperience in implementing and migrating Notes to Exchange mangement on Sharepoint best practices, standards, governance, and information. Responsibilities: * This person would be part of the team supporting the start up of Online Standard (BPOS) management Suite (BPOS) environment. * It is expected that the person would provide the technical knowledge as well as the execution necessary to support Active Directory. * Managing the areas such as: Domain Controller Replication; LDAP management; Organizational Unit Security (OU), User Administration. * There will be lots of opportunities to interact with the architecture team, network team as well as the IT representatives in the businesses. * Key deliverable for this person is metrics on utilization; productivity savings; and life cycle management compliance.
