HP is currently looking for Application Backup Project Engineer Experience Level: 3+ Yrs Job Location: Bangalore Job description The Application Backup Project Engineer focuses on continuous operation, project and change management of backup & recovery solutions. The main goal is to provide the highest backup success rate possible and to ensure restorability of customer's data - especially within the production environment and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Moreover, he is responsible for complex backup solutions; he is responsible for all change management of the backup concept as the whole. He also is responsible for the optimization and proactive support. The Application Backup Project Engineer is responsible to work on complex incidents affecting backups and restorability, to identify and solve 3rd level problems, to keep contact with delivery leads and/or the customer, to coordinate and perform implementation activities. According to our service level agreements we commit ourselves to achieve short response times and to fix problems as soon as possible in order to deliver an excellent service toward customers.
