Job Details Overview : IMS - Tooling and Automation * Minimum 5+ years overall experience on Infrastructure Automation, Tooling and Scripting. With good knowledge of the Infrastructure Technical Domain. * Good understanding of the fundamental architectures of tools like HPOV or BMC Patrol or Tivoli or Zenoss or Nagios Role Details : * Will be part of the Center of Excellence for Tooling and automation. * Would be responsible for developing, integrating, automating solutions and products to meet the demands of the other services and centers of excellence * Should have hands-on knowledge on Scripting and Tooling including but not limited to Java, Perl, PHP, HTML/Javascript or .NET/C/C++ Skills * Should possess at least one certificate on development on Programming / automation * Should understand ITIL/ITSM and compliance with ISO 27k1/20k * Write tools to automate configuration, commissioning of monitoring and management tools * Assist in the design, implementation and support of open source products and framework such as Zenoss, OTRS, Spiceworks, Nagios, Grondwork * Design and code enhancements / wrapper around the open source platforms * Participate in all phases of the tools development cycle. * Documentation of system, software, and business processes.
