Experience Level: 4-8 yrs Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Fulltime) Work Location: Gurgaon Salary and Benefits: Best in Industry. Mode: PERMANENT Skills Required:- Daily administration and operation. - Maintain all HP Software products as per HP best practice - Script and Auto mate health checkup, by monitoring core services of HP Software. - Correlate event messages. - Issues root cause analysis when ever required. - Health check s of HP Open view Servers on Regular Basis - Frequency and check list. - Agent troubleshooting - Configuring new monitoring requirements (template modifications such some services to be monitored, process to be added to monitoring). - OVO Template fine-tuning such as CPU,DISK, Memory threshold change. - Modifications on existing Templates for any specific changes to existing monitoring parameters. - Configure Auto action for threshold breach as annotation. - Modifications and additions for OVO Templates f or taking actions automatically in the event of threshold breach. - Modification of Log monitoring parameters for discarded parameters. - Backup of HP Open view Solutions on Regular Intervals - Restore backups in case of disaster or Guidance on restoration of Backed up data in case of database corruption in the monitoring platform. - Updating necessary minor patches of smooth Operations if recommended by HP Support for a bug fix. - Shell/Perl/ VB Script/ Programming - Worked on HP Open View suite of too ls - Understand and develop monitoring solution using HP OVO, both using SNMP and Message log files - Template and Report Customizations Secondary: - Knowledge of Unix/Linux OS - Shell/Perl/ VB Script/ Programming - Worked on HP Open View suite of tools - Developed monitoring for various OS.
