We have an Excellent opportunity for For one of our esteemed client in Insurance sector for Mangalore location Position : Associate Partner/ADM Location : Mangalore/Mysore/Hubli Experience : 6 to 15years Job Description : Conducting training for Agent Advisors Updation of training modules Agent development Key Responsibilities : Leading the Team of Development Managers (ADMs) & Agency under them. Responsible for overall branch business goals. Impart training and motivate them for R&Rs and self-improvements. Identify new areas of business and develop/ enable the sales team to deliver consistent performance as well as consistency in sourcing quality. Continuously monitoring the productivity of respective sourcing channels Synchronize various functions of business for hassle free operation. Execute business development strategy and plan according to local scenario Allocate branch targets on basis of market and vertical/ segment potential to the team. Regularly Analyze Team productivity, product mix, case rate, case size with per ADMs & Per Agent productivity and enable him to do the same for his/her team.
