Job description and activities involved
- Ensure highest level of timely deliverer within set time lines
- The Backend Support Associate needs to perform application task with specific set of instruction provided by client
- Maintaining reports on daily basis and sharing with the stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times and adhere to legislation and service guidelines on the use of data.
- The associate needs to follow customer and Organization policies, Undergo the required training & understand periodic updates
- Adhere to schedules (break and attendance)
Educational Qualification required for the position.
GRADUATES with Finance
Functional Competencies and skill sets required for the position
- Good Communication skills
- Good command over written English
- Typing Speed: 30Wpm
- Good MS-Office working knowledge
- Experienced candidate in back end support is preferred
- Freshers are also eligible to apply
