Required Work Experience:
*Technical Graduates with good experience in Development of PLSQL based applications and should have good knowledge in Database Support.
Must have:-
* Excellent Spoken & Written English.
Skill set Required:-
*PDelphi, Quick Reports, Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, Oracle, SQL Server, Windows, SVN, Iguana, HL7 Messaging, IIS
*High level , SQL/( MS SQL, PL /SQL
*Design, write and review software to meet functional specifications. Write and execute unit test plans to minimize defects.
*Develop and consistently achieve estimates for software development, testing and implementation activities according to quality standards.
*Function as a consultant to project leaders on technical issues.
*Provide software design and development training. Make recommendations to improve software development and testing processes.
*Troubleshoot technical problems and communicate results.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
*First point of technical troubleshooting
* Channels of Support : Phone and E-mail
* 12*5 support
* Ability to discuss Hardware and Software Requirement with Customers
* Provide Estimates, Full dev lifecycle, able to gather requirements, write documentations, Install S/W products
* Debugging and troubleshooting skills
* Health check and move-add-change (MAC)
* Accept Service Requests
* Assessments of the incident upon SR receipt
* Analysis (Traces/logs from customer/field)
* Technical troubleshooting and provide resolution
* Remote problem debugging and isolation (e.g. configuration issues, enhancements, defects, information, etc.)
* Co-ordinate / collect required logs for debugging.
* Provide updates to customers via phone or email.
* Update SR records in SR Management tool.
* Monitor SR age against SLAs and escalate as required.
