Job Description:
- Data Center Management knowledge
- 7x24 Service Desk and Hotline, monitoring client and third-party providers ticketing systems, as well as providing 7x24 phone and email availability for clarification of open cases
- Ticket analysis and dispatching to other team.
- End-2-end responsibility for Data Center Maintenance, by opening tickets at the respective Server Maintenance provider portal and actively following up on the activities until a solution is provided to the requestor
- End-2-end responsibility for time critical tasks, by engaging the appropriate partner to perform the activities in the DC
- Critical Incident management coordination
- Service Request management Coordination
- Service Integration Coordination by coordinating with Multiple vendors for resolution
- Coordination of goods delivery to Data Centers
Eligibility Criteria:
1.Graduates with excellent communication skills with 1-3 Years of work experience in Data center Management knowledge (Technical Support/Service Desk) is preferred
2. Flexible to work in any shifts including night shifts as the project supports 24/7.
3. Previous experience in Data Center Management knowledge is mandatory.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Articulate in good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent fluency in language to be supported.
- End-2-end responsibility for Data Center Maintenance, by opening tickets at the respective Server Maintenance provider portal and actively following up on the activities until a solution is provided to the requestor
- It's more of non-voice role(25% voice support may required).
