Eligibility:

• Excellent communication.
• hands on experience on different job portals
• Should have Experience in Lateral Hiring
• Sourcing Candidates using multiple sourcing portals
• Work with a team and ensure that the requirements are closed in the given TAT.
• Understanding candidates profile to evaluate the fitment into the relevant project and process accordingly
• Involving in maintaining database related to recruitment
• Manage scheduling and coordinating related activities for recruitment.
• Hands on experience in BPO /ITES Hiring (added advantage)
