ï ¶ Strong analytical skills, is a solid negotiator and facilitator
ï ¶ Has excellent written and oral communication skills;
ï ¶ Proficient with office suite
ï ¶ Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects
ï ¶ Troubleshooting of Hardware (Servers, desktops and Laptops)
ï ¶ Knowledge of LAN and WAN installation and troubleshooting.
ï ¶ Proven understanding of Windows / Linux (Server as well as Client) OS in a network environment
ï ¶ Experience working on projects with geographically distributed teams and vendors. Experience with Agile techniques.
ï ¶ Problem Management and Troubleshooting
ï ¶ Vendor management
ï ¶ Must be a proactive and self motivated worker who is happy to be accountable for their actions and decisions.
Certifications are not necessary but fundamental knowledge is expected
Experience 3 - 4 years
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
