Job Description:
1. Interact and resolve the queries of customers.
2. Contact existing and new customers through phone.
3. Position membership (new and renewal).
4. Address issues or concerns raised by customers.
5. Identify potential issues that customer may raise.
6. Escalate issues where required.
7. Follow up to resolve open issues.
8. Renew membership and retain customers.
9. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills in English and Fluency in Hindi.
