- Source and screen the candidates according to the Job requirement.
- Interview candidates to identify skills and criteria for their client requirement.
- Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.
- Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Good knowledge on US recruitment life cycle.
- Aggressive candidate who will work closely with Team Lead/Account Manager to gather requirements and responsible to hire IT professionals on various skills from different domains.
- Coordinate with the Account managers to get feedbacks on the interviewed candidate.
